Application Process

We hope that you find our application process simple and efficient. Three forms must be completed in order for the application to be considered. First is the Application Cover and Checklist, second is the SWC Application for Employment and third is the SWC Drug-free Workplace Agreement. Note, if you would like to be considered Indian Preference, please attach a copy of your tribal enrollment. Please complete all forms along with supporting documents and send to:
