My name is Billy Keeble. And my parents are Juanitta and Franklin Keeble Sr. I started classes at SWC in the fall of 2017. I live and promote a drug free lifestyle. When I’m not in class I am employed full-time at the tribal homeless Shelter. I enjoy working with people, and helping them to succeed.
When I’m not in class or work I keep busy with my hobby in car audio. During the spring and summer months I enjoy Skydiving an adrenaline rush of fun, enjoying many of the Things Sobriety has to offer. I’ve always had a passion for law enforcement and SWC is supplying me with the skills necessary to pursue my goal. The knowledge that I obtained thus far has given me the courage to follow my dream in law enforcement. I plan to pursue an Associate of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice.

I am from Sanborn, ND. I have been rodeoing ever since I was 12 years old. I am attending Sisseton Wahpeton College, and majoring in my General Studies. The school, and rodeo program is excellent. Lot of hands on in the classroom, and I have an amazing coach that will do anything for the team. My goal for the rodeo season is to qualify it to the CNFR in bull riding.
