Miscellaneous Information:

My name is Jessica Eagle and I was born and raised for my first few years as a toddler in Enemy Swim. My mother then decided to pursue her education in Bismarck, ND at United Tribes Technical College. While living in Bismarck all 5 of me and my siblings went both to public and tribal school. I then went to live with my father at the age of 14, who lives in Sterling, VA. I lived with him throughout high school. It was a very big change for me coming from the reservation to the big city at such a young age, but I adapted very well and did awesome in high school out there once I got the hang of the academics. I then moved back to Sisseton. I lived back and forth in Rapid City and Sioux Falls. I finally graduated HS at Crazy Horse High School in Wanblee, SD. When I was 22 I decided to apply for Job Corps. I got accepted to Kicking Horse Job Corps in Ronan, MT. Those were the best memories I have! I graduated with my certificate in Office/Business Administration. I went on to live in Riverton, WY where I worked for the local Orthopaedic clinic, Fremont Orthopaedics for close to 3 years. I resigned to the Northern Arapahoe Tribal WIC office as an Issuance Clerk/Secretary for close to a year until I decided to move back home again. Before coming to SWC, I worked as an CA (Chiropractic Assistant) at the Thielen Chiropractic Clinic in town for nearly 2 years. So far I enjoy working at SWC and hope to continue building and growing here at SWC. It is a great place to be constantly learning something new every day!

In my free time I enjoy binge watching shows on Netflix if I’m not going out of town for a concert, movie, or dinner with my life partner. I also enjoy helping family when I’m able to. I also enjoy “adult coloring books” and varies reading material. In the summer time I love to go to the lake, cookout, and swim. I enjoy being outside during the summer. I’m very active at that time. Then I hibernate like a bear in the winter! ;)
